Union Fellows Scholarship

Five scholarships awarded each year to emerging real estate entrepreneurs and minority business enterprises who would benefit from the support, mentorship, and network of The Union's real estate professionals.

Because building alone shouldn't be the only option.

What Fellows Receive

Each year, 5 scholarships are awarded — a 12-month membership valued at over $3,600, designed to provide the resources and community you need to grow.

Who Should Apply

The Union Fellowship is open to individuals and firms in the Greater Boston area who meet one or both of the following criteria.

Emerging Entrepreneurs

Early-stage real estate professionals who have overcome significant hurdles in their life or career and would benefit from the mentorship, resources, and network of The Union's established real estate community. No age restriction — what matters is your drive and your story.

Minority Business Enterprises

Real estate and construction firms that are certified as Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) through agencies such as the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO), City of Boston, or SBA 8(a). We're committed to supporting diverse voices in Boston's real estate industry.
