Hard Hat Huddle Every third Thursday at 8:30 AM, The Union hosts Hard Hat Huddle — a casual, coffee-fueled morning roundtable where members and guests come together to talk shop, swap ideas, and help each other work through the challenges of the week. Bring your toughest question, your latest project headache, or just your curiosity — chances are someone in the room has been there before and can point you in the right direction. Whether it’s a permitting issue, a subcontractor recommendation, a deal structure you’re wrestling with, or a client situation you need a second opinion on, this is the room to bring it to.
